Single Story

Single story homes are safer and faster to clean. We typically charge $1 per foot, with an average home costing $70 to $250.

Double Story

Two story homes are more difficult to clean, so we charge $2 a foot. A typical two story home costs between $160 and $400. Two story homes with ceramic tile roofs may be upcharged depending on the design of the home.

There is a $70 minimum charge for any gutter cleaninng. Large jobs can get discounted rates.

Keeping a clean gutter helps protect your home from costly and unsightly water damage caused by clogged gutters. Some structures close to trees should be cleaned yearly to maximize protection. Some homeowners find it convenient to have a yearly maintenance scheduled for their gutters to keep them in prime condition.

Our practiced team knows the safest and most efficient way to clean gutters without damaging your property. Our procedure is to sweep any leaves or pine needles off the roof first, because these will likely end up in the gutter after the cleaning. Next we remove large debris like leaves, pine needles and nails out of the gutter and into a bucket. Next we scoop out any thick silt, then spray it out with a hose. Finally we seal any leaky seams.

In our experience, many homeowners over the age of 65 do not clean their gutters because of the elevated risk of falling. Because of this, all Reno Bright Solution customers over the age of 65 will recieve a 20% discount upon request.
